Kev. You are an idiot. The issue is abusive short selling - plain and simple. it comes in various ILLEGAL forms and while you have claimed it never existed evidence now shows differently. Sith wants to take a myopic view and say they are ONLY associated with PIPE's. To those who have addressed this, we have not been so discretionary and thus have stated it happens many different ways. Walmarts latest filings do not discuss naked shorting abuses. Hibernia and EKN Financial are two stories in two days dealing with naked shorting abuses and have directed the abuses in two seperate activities. As for your statement "Patchie, floorless convertible PIPE deals don't just materialize out of thin air. It's not hard to tell when you're opening yourself up to abusive shorting and frankly if you're entrusted with the investment dollars of thousands of shareholders, you bear some responsibility if you let a thief in the back door to ransack the company." What is there to worry about? You and Floyd and the other nitwits here claim these abuses do not exist or that they are not illegal. Funny how it is the victim of a crime that you manage to blame. Were all converts dealt with illegally? How do you differentiate between one that would be handled illegally vs. legally? Management is not immune from blame but the majority of the blame - no way. You idiots are actually condoning the abuse (illegal actions) saying the management deserved it.
