China in the past 15 yrs has gone from # 32 to #2 on the world list of consuming nations.In short they need the oil. My thinking is that China will enter the oil sands in such a big way that will stun many investors.China will need 11 million brls per day in 2011.The question becomes were will the extra 3 million more brls per day come from? Well we know that the world is producing flat out now.SYN a target? You can bet on it. James
