Yep. And some have magnifiers. And some have all that, plus water cooling. If the cells are expensive, multijunction, very highly efficient cells, you might want to maximize the cost per unit area by taking these steps. But if the cells are optimized for the average case and low cost per unit area, then you won't have any of that. Cost-benefit tradeoffs.

Some do, but they can be set up anywhere between a 20-45% angle facing the South. That's the optimal range. I imagine you could get fancy and have them follow the sun like a Sunflower, but that's not really necessary.
