Absolutely.

I will repeat my prediction that this will be the single biggest selling product in Apple's history.

I think that's a given.

One in every stocking.
20 babillon units sold, or something like that.


Let's hope they aren't too supply constrained on them. Given the low ASP, they'll need to ship at least 10 million (preferably 15-20 million) to grow the top-line for the quarter (but I'll bet the margins are the best of any iPod model to date) which is feasible if they've ramped production in anticipation of demand. I'm expecting the ASP on the iPod line as a whole to drop significantly as the high-end iPod sales are likely flat at best in (never-ending) anticipation of the 'true' video iPod.

More importantly, all Macs have been migrated to Intel and shipping in quantity this quarter. Looks to be a great quarter. Next quarter could be unseasonably strong as well due to continued product introductions.
