In a bit of a perverse way, I hope the Dems try to impeach...THEY WILL FOR SURE LOSE ANY OTHER ELECTION. They have NO idea of why they won.

I for one, hope we have a total of exactly how many of the 11 Million to 22 Million ILLEGALS voted, even knowing it was illegal. And where they were when they voted. And how it was done.

The Dems want problems....I am sure there is more than a little culpability there.

PLUS, if the Dems think the Repubs wanted change, or if the Dems think that the vote was anti-war, they might want to see the totals for Joe Liberman and those of Ned Lamont....or of RepLib Chaffey in RI....

Further, since the Dems haven't had a single plan of change before the election, what makes them think they have any sort of mandate now???

Well said. It is really the only sane course. Bush may be receptive; he is probably already thinking about his legacy and may be open to a repair job. Right now, he goes down as W=Worst Ever. But, if he gets something done in the last two years, maybe he gets some points....

If the Demos start posturing for 2008 now, they'll get cut down. People are sick of the Republican abuse of power, and don't want to see the same s**t from the Demos.

That may translate to the government actually getting stuff done...a novel concept...

pelosi and murthe are both hot to trot on the trail of investigation and impeachment, they will sink your ship of any political hope for the future of the demohacks... I heard that clown murthe talk yesterday, he's an angry, bitter old man, he has no clue about how to be diplomatic about anything, the guy is a hot dog nut case...
