What in the world are you talking about?

I am worried about the first time some Canadian kid tries to outrun the American Coast Guard and gets killed.

Ichy...Perhaps you can put yourself in the American shoes for a minute..

Even my LibDem friends who live here in Seattle, less than 200 miles from the BC border on land, and less if we go to some of the waterways.... Even they think we may be hit by some folks coming in from Canada. You have a large Muslim population in Canada, and who know how many of them are Islamist fundamentalists.... Canada doesn't seem to do much about the possibility that some of these hotheads could do actual, real damage, both to your country and to ours.

The only reason the terrorist didn't get to go from Canada to the US on his way to help level the LAX airport, was that one alert AMERICAN stopped him at the Port Angeles, WA border

It is pretty well understood that either most Canadians don't think they would be hit, because "what's there to hit?" or just are more concerned that their social welfare checks come in, and "let the Americans do the defense for all of us"....

What National Canadian landmarks would Canadians feel they would miss the most if terrorism hit them???? The longest bridges, Parliament in each of the Capitals? The largest buildings? Universities in session? Waterways? Lakes? Dams?
