Gee, I hate to disagree with you on such a small point, but
Silver has ALWAYS been known as the poor-man's Gold, because you can actually BUY physical Silver....anybody can afford a few coins....you can't accumulate Zinc except by buying the stocks....

Now that LUN and EZM have merged and listed on the Amex as LMC, and MMG has listed on the Amex, I believe these are the only two zinc miners listed on a major U.S. exchange -- one producer and one junior.

I hope Americans start catching on to the investment potential of mining stocks as well as Canadians have. And with the coming zinc crisis as LME inventories drop toward zero, there's a good chance they may do so with a focus on zinc.
