AS, I simply can't help it. Anything you support is immediately suspect. It just this way you have about you.

"The rightwing crooks have to be driven out and held accountable"

Now we get to watch the Leftwing Crooks.

"Don't stick up for political criminals."

We didn't. One peep and the liberal press jumped on them and pushed all other news off the front page.

"I am especially interested in who was involved and how the massive energy gouging campaign was allowed to happen."

Except California overwhelmingly approved deregulation with the same ballot that put George Bush in the White house.

"or did you enjoy paying 3.50 a gallon to support the Bushie corporate cronies?"

Umm... Gas went up for a lot of reasons. California decided they didn't want a known carcinogen like MTBE in their gasoline and drinking water, so they switched to Ethanol, trucked in from where corn grows, the midwest.

But, George Bush didn't vote for that change as he is not a California resident.

Then there is the factor of world gas demand going up because your fellow rednecks keep buying Chinese crap from the local Mall Wart.

Suddenly the Chinese and Indian populace can afford cars instead of walking to work.

With so many oil companies operating in the US operated by corporations (British Petroleum, Royal Dutch Shell, etc) not based here, how is this George Bush again?

Thank god Republicans never fixed the Filibuster.
