Stevia made my husband VERY sick. Just FYI- it's not for everyone.

Why no peanuts? Is he worried about the aflatoxins?

Wow

I know a lot of what Dr. K says is true as I have been working toward living healthily for many years... However I violate a lot of what he says as as much as I want to eat brown rice I only like Basmati rice....

I love peanut butter and wonder why he suggests avoiding it if one eats pure peanut butter...

I love stevia and us it in all foods calling for sweeteners....Try it as it is potent and a few drops in a cup of tea or glass of water with lemon is great.

When I had a bad attack of IBS two years ago I got the Makers Diet and suggest you look at this book. It contains very healthy recipes and suggests using raw honey and other things that Dr. K is advising.
