Let me put it this way. I'd rather see them with MS Word than with cheap or free Viagra/contraceptives/abortion. At least with MS Word, they can get the tools they need to lift themselves out of poverty.

Just as with cars, the poor buy USED computers. Typically these come pre-loaded with the former owners software. Quite a deal, typically. Check it out.
