Regardless of any perceived 'emotion' or not... CHANGING THE SUBJECT, and ABANDONING POINTS that were under discussion is generally interpreted as meaning that you have lost those points... and that is why the shift. For a refresher on my main arguments, you could simply go back to the preceding links... or look to some of these (though I doubt you'll bother...): Message 22964948 Message 22961136 Message 22961031 Message 22916313 PS --- on 'ignoring Iran'... it's very funny that you would raise that charge, since I (in my arguments) was SPECIFICALLY counting on Iran and the Shiites in Iraq... while it seemed to be you who were studiously IGNORING my observation about the effects of a prolonged and bloody civil war between the Persians/Shiites and the Arabs/Sunnis. I think it's funny that you are accusing me of doing exactly what I wasn't doing... but that you were. Good stuff!
