Yep.

I think that you would probably agree that this is just a bit excessive.

Ummh, yeah. Though I don't think law enforcement really goes all out to nail dopers so the potential penalties are kinda theoretical.

FWIW, not on relative effects.

I always tend to associate alcohol with acute deaths; car accidents etc. Then we will get a run of patients in their late 40s-early 50s who aren't gonna make it out of the hospital because of youthful indiscretions with it. I tend to forget how bad a poison it it. Especially when I have a bottle in my hand.
