don't know the answer to the auditor question, but please address me when the answer is posted, as I trust it will be...

Now, IF (and I say, IF in Foghorn Loghorn voice) "too much trouble" proves true? That would be an indication to me that the FHAL debt has been settled via shell-work via the CSVU/CSHD play. In that case, I will promote MA's early-on advisor as the "mastermind." (whomever alleged advisor that may be, I have no clue, but from Rockwall to Dallas is no giant leap)

Tex-strictly speaking an auditor is not required for a 10-Q filing, although in practice they generally review them. I don't think it matters, however, as there is no real reason for the company to continue to file. It's really quite dead, and as soon as the remaining cult members give up hope it will sink to illiquid zero land.
