Better kick out the skiers, motorcyclists, cyclists, rock climbers, water skiers, ocean swimmers, sailors, the over weight, drinkers, pot smokers, people with preexisting conditions, and any one else who would be more than average risk. No?

You can say the same about drinkers, smokers of pot and users of other drugs, people in to extreme sports, fat people, people with diseases brought on by lifestyle (diabetics, people with cardiovascular disease, etc)- there really is no difference. I see no reason to single smokers out, and so far you haven't given a logical reason why you think they should be singled out.
