He is not coerced by outside forces--and it is nonsensical to say he is coerced by his own nature.>> No one said 'coerced'... of course he is "reacting" to ouside forces however... every life form does, down to the single cell... just as every energy system "reacts" (one can argue with the term 'react' of course) to every other system.
