No. Sorry, Stock Puppy.

National Instruments out of Austin, Texas were heavily into using the Mac as a distributed control system. They had some nifty software and were all Mac at first. To grow, they eventually moved onto Windroids. I don't know if they had a signal processor set up or not.

You really can't beat dedicated hardware for that, but they are pricy.
