Hi, Frank -

You're right.

Many of the problems we've discussed over the years were foreseeable - power generation, aging grid, demographics (expanding population, boomers) favoring increased usage with an aging workforce, and so on.

Overcoming these problems is technically feasible.

But the overlay on all of them, collectively speaking, is the massive amount of capital that will be required - never mind the lead time.

That's the disconnect between the talk and the walk.

The health of the underlying economy, including debt, will determine whether or not these demands can be met, and at what price. Do we have the money? Can we get it?

Are we masters of our own fate?

Regards,

Jim
