My guess it is Hamas who is lobbying those bottle rockets into their former lands.

The Palestianians want no charity from Western-financed Zionists and their greenhouses. It is a matter of principle.

Hamas does not recognize the state of Isra'El.

They have time to surpass that milestone. It will probably be marked in muslim capitals and DNC headquarters.
