That committee report has been clearly discredited, the most recent study of the crime by an Australian team of experts using the most modern technology explains the shooting itself in detail including the pristine and magic bullet. From the Committee report you linked: "While the committee recognized, as discussed in section C, that a finding that two gunmen fired at the President did not in itself establish that President Kennedy was assassinated as a result of a conspiracy, it did establish, in the context of common experience, the probability that a conspiracy did exist that day. Consequently, the committee sought to employ scientific analysis to examine some conspiracy theories about the assassination. The scientific analysis that could be applied to these conspiracy allegations refuted each one of them."
