Fran, thank you for reading my manuscript and replying. I have awakened and ready to return to my duties in life. Life is good and God is in charge of all things.

We usually draw names for the adults for Christmas on Thanksgiving, but my DIL suggested we do something different this year. We all buy gifts for the children. After hearing what she had to say, it will be very different and I will go along with it. She suggested we all purchase a gift that would be usable by any one of us. Gifts would be set on a table and one would start out opening a gift and if the person wanted to keep the gift, the next person would open a gift and keep and if anyone wanted any of the gifts already opened, they could take it from them and substitute another gift. Might be interesting but she vows this would work for everyone. Names will be listed at random, so I bet the last person to open a gift will have the best selection from all the gifts opened. But anyone could trade a gift after they are all opened if agreeable. I laughed and told all don't buy anything that takes a space on a table or a shelf...as I have absolutely no room for another trinket keepsake. Will be interesting to see what gifts are purchased and why. I already know what gift I'll buy. This could really be fun or the last time it will be done, we shall see. <gg>
