O, I forgot that all the Dems in Washington voted against the war, or was that after they voted for it. In fact, the dems called for a vote so they could go on record as being strong on defense and terrorism. They were afraid of appearing weak. Your argument goes against the vast majority of the dem leadership. I'm quite sure they wouldn't later argue against the war for purely partisan politics, would they?? Would they abandon the troops and call themselves patriotic for doing so? Of course not, it's all for the soldiers.

I said a long time ago that the last lame excuse would be to blame the victims. When Bush didn't even realize the difference and hostilities between the Shiites and Sunnies, he had no right to intervene and try to establish a democratic Mecca in the mid-east. He is a moron, his 31% true believers are bigger morons still.
