You speak as if you do not understand at all the ideal of speaking out on principle. Maybe you don't since you are a republican. That is what the democrats have been doing. They have been speaking out on principle. You wish your portrayal of democratic dissent was true. You wish that they had no principle and would just do any cheap trick to gain some temporary points. If that were true they would have lost this election, and deservedly so. They didn't lose and the reason they didn't lose is that your portrayal is false, and the American people know it. Time for the republicans to make up some new fairy tale to sell to their base. Their old fairy tale is old and shopworn and has lost it's credibility.
