JJ, Besides, the 'smoking gun' you refer to isn't a secret at all. It is out there for everyone to see.

It was AMD's willingness to go beyond, to the court of last resort, public opinion that scared Otelleni the most, IMO.

JJ, I'm positive that if AMD continued to swim in red ink, they be shouting, "See, see?!? Intel continues to squash competition!"

Instead, they say, "See, see?!? The lawsuit is working! Intel is running scared!" And all their supporters buy the B.S. because they'd rather believe it than see Intel turn into another Microsoft.

I'm still waiting to see said "smoking gun." AMD's own filing doesn't count; of course they're going to make anything smell like a "smoking gun." Plus I'm still waiting for the "proof" that Intel discontinued their deals with Dell BEFORE Dell went with AMD.
