When our company had union employees, I had difficulty getting rid of an employee who was dangerous on the job. The union protcted him for awhile...until he ran the forklift into the overhead door for the third time. There are good employees and bad one's. It does not matter if they belong to a union or not.

total BS, when every I was on a job and there was a problem with the bldg it was because of the Union contrators
