The Iraqi Civil War is Iraqi vs. Iraqi. It's a sectarian rivalry that has been going on for centuries Outsiders play a small and separate role. The outsiders came in after Bush dared them to with his stupid "bring it on!" comment soon after the invasion. He literally invited in Zarqawi and others to start killing US troops and creating havoc. Neither the Sunnis or the Shias are allied with Al Qaida types. Separate deal. It's time the rightwing quit lying about this and a host of other subjects which are plainly different from the rightwing spin and revisionist reality. One of the reasons we're in such bad shame is that the rightwing spin machine creates an artificial reality then the GOP government has to govern that fictional reality. So the real reality goes untended.

Tony Snow Egregiously Lies, says We're Winning In Iraq editorandpublisher.com He has a very perverse and sado-masochistic view of "winning". Any sane person would totally disagree with him. At best now we can only pray we can extract ourselves from Iraq without leaving it in total chaos. That is the BEST we can hope for. And even that is not winning, that is just cutting our already tremendous losses to live to fight another day.

Time for you and other Repubs to quit supporting these Bushie liars and start standing up to them and demanding change and honesty. These Bushies are so tremendously corrupt, dishonest and harmful to our nation, our military, our environment, our working class and our fiscal well-being. They can no longer be tolerated by people of any party or stripe. Quit being blindly loyal and start joining the fight to bring clean, honest and efficient government back. It's never perfect, but this is just a total disgrace. Also, in 2008, don't encourage Repub candidates to pander to discredited old rightwing ideas. And turn off the Hannity, Limbaugh and O'Reilly. They're all proven liars.

Looks like Cheney may be doing the perp walk soon on Plamegate for treason. Fitzgerald seems to bbe homing in past Libby directly and Cheney and so far all the testimony is very damaging both to Cheney and Libby, not to mention Rove and Bush. In fact, looks like all four are guilty of outing a key CIA agent on Iranian WMD during war-time when Iranian WMD are of central importance. No telling how badly Cheney and crew have hurt our ability to get reliable intel on Iran.
