That isn't nearly as bad as taking responsibility for a screw up. The scary thing is that if he can hold out through his admin, without withdrawal, the next guy will try his hand at "winning" in Iraq. That will probably buy us another 2 years and another ruined Presidency. Or else the whole thing could spread around the ME before Bush leaves office. That could easily earn him an impeachment, if not a war crimes trial as you say. John BTW The righties would probably cheer a Shiite / Sunni "clash of civilizations" in the ME. They would think it was wonderful because they just don't get historical repercussions.
