It is not all that reliable because Intel has been known to cherry pick. A better indicator is when the companies publish a schmoo diagram.

Probably fairly useful, but I would not judge by mainstream review site attempts so much as the forum at xtremesystems.org. The anand types often fail to overlock because of BIOS issues that the hardcore folks seem to overcome. I'd also give it a couple weeks, and perhaps you'll need to wait longer if the first shipments are OEM only.
