What a remarkable statement. Maybe it's time for a little education about the professionals one works with....particularly those who require a state-issued license to practice in their field.

LOL !! and that means what ?

i would venture to say that 80% and possibly 90% of the drivers in this country are issued licenses (ahem, by their respective state authorities) and yet they become EXTREMELY dangerous because they do not know jack shit about the machine they are operating under extreme circumstances (particularly when required to react quickly to unfavorable conditions). one ought to be required to pass some driver education course that teaches them about the capabilities of their cars, AND for their own skills to be tested under specific conditions, namely, reflexes, wet weather driving, quick reactions to braking and maneuvering (such as lane switching) under accident conditions, etc., etc., etc...

Realtrols@ like to think of themselves "knowedgable" because they pass these ridiculous courses (with multiple question tests) designed for ten years olds... yet, the great majority of them cannot use a financial hp12c calculator...

LOL!

the Realtroll@ designation in spite of their 'state issued license' and their additional requirements (such as an ethics course), does not mean much... <unfortunately> as the standards to meet to become one barely eliminates the illiterate...

i am surprised that it is this way... as they say, the largest investment most people will make is the purchase of a house, yet, these transactions are handled for the most part by a very unprofessional group, with or without the Realtroll@ designation...
