Yea that one's gotta be hitting a lot of scans. I think it all hinges on an event but the hype building to that seems to be creating a fairly nice chart right now but it can turn and go back to 2.75 in the wink of an eye.

AFN Is above MBR, but it made an a 2Yrs. H on Jan 22
