You think many wealthy foreigners are waiting for a dual wipeout? Combination of a 30-50% drop in both prices and the dollar will make what look like way overpriced resort property or Park Ave condos look like incredible bargains to them..

They interviewed a Brit in our local paper who moved here to SW FL and bought a business. He described the very high cost of RE in London and the torturous taxing he faced... he'll never move back. Plus the Germans have been invading SW FL for the past decade ever since those tourists got car jacked and whacked in Miami.
