Jeff, you've expressed an opinion and you are entitled to do it. I disagree with your opinion. There is absolutely no fact in your opinion. As I suggested to you during the Anthony trial discussion, I have a lot of faith in justice systems in democracies and I seriously question whether what has been presented so far would get to first base. (edit - I don't have a lot of faith in systems that don't involve justice, such as class action securities and bankruptcy areas of litigation.)

I would urge Camella to seek advice and discuss her case with other lawyers in the jurisdiction. As much as we all want the truth, discussion on a message board is the best way of ruining a potential case.

You can't just holler "looks like a fraud, someone had something to gain, so he must be guilty."
