I suppose I shouldn't make such generalized statements about union employee's, and there are good ones such as my employee's, but I've seen to many that are protected that should be unemployed.

I would say with employers that suck their employees also suck or they wouldn't stay. If they were good and competent they would find other work at much better pay.
