Yes, this has been the problem. Simply returning to the stated rules would go a long way.

Sarmad, I have and will continue suspend everyone everytime for direct personal insults like 'you are an xxx'. Most of the time Mas and also Doug used lesser insults for each other until recently when I required them to argument why someone else was hypocritical, foolish, etc... in the preceeding post.
