In spite of "tax selling pressure" & the notice from the NAZ about possible delisting, VLTS managed to spike up today more than 12% on volume above 193Ks.<g> bigcharts.marketwatch.com The stock that trades around 2.4xBV,has no significant LTD,the insiders hold more than 20% & announced in Oct. that it was planning to acquire Urigen, was able to cut its loss on the 1stQ by more than half.<g> VLTS has accumulated a loss of around $113/shr since 2000 & it seems that it won't have to worry about paying taxes for a while if one day it does become profitable.<g> The stock's H was around $609 in 2000 & if it manages to avoid been delisted from the NAZ it could double from present levels.(Of course, it it can retest its Oct.17 H of $1.07,the gain would be a little more.<g>) bigcharts.marketwatch.com Bernard
