Wow. That may be a time to walk with a back pack! Have you traveled there?

I know four like that in Canadia.

Highway 400 in the winter. 7 fatal accidents in 5 hours in 100 miles. Scene of an 88 car pile up with 25 deaths.

Road north of Castlegar in BC. One lane hugs the mountainside with 2000 foot ditch on one side. Blind corners. Have fun, as the boys are coming back from the hotsprings blind drunk and playing chicken. When you hit the water its another 800 feet to the bottom.

Temiskaming highway in Northern Ontario. 30 disappearances in Northern Ontario. They all drove off in the fog into the Mattawa river over a ten year stretch. No trace til river dragged year afterwards.

Sturgeon Falls ice trap on highway 17. Most fatal 25-mile section of the Trans Canada highway. Tractor trailers jacknife like clockwork all winter taking cars and drivers that they meet to an icy hell.

My older brother (who is a bit of a nut) has proposed to me that we do a motorcycle trip down through the Americas. For convenience, I'd like to start in LA and go south. Maybe we could include the Yungas road. Or maybe not.
