Generally by getting on your knees locally to start with at which point you need to decide whether you just need knee pads or whether elbow pads would also be a good accessory. What is hilarious is the guys like zonkie that think the repub's are all dirt and the dems pure as driven snow. Truly hilarious. Neither is worth a shit though over all with total numbers I think r's are a little less slick and corrupt then the d's. But hey that's open for debate as long as you can admit their both piles of excrement. When you vote your just deciding which pile smells less like shit IMO.
