Niek, you care to comment on this one? The previous Canon story on immersion tools as free giveaways was perhaps an indication for their desperation but a nuisance nonetheless. Is Canon triggering a price war over the whole lithography product range, here to grab significant orders from Elpida and Powerchip? I used the recent weakness to re-establish a position in ASML and wait for the day Meurice decides to tell investors that Q4 bookings look more like 85 than the originally estimated 65 units...
