Intel has stated publicly that their yields are "world class" on 65nm. Seeing as no one else that we know of is shipping 65nm processors it would be self evident that they are the best, and the worst for that matter. The graph they used showed 65nm along side 90nm and 130nm and all 3 processes were below the line so one presumes there is some standard metric being used. Typically ~.25defects/cm2 is considered the gold standard.
