jpg <Manny at $20 million each of the next two years isn't a stretch.> Yeah, it's amazing how the prices have been escalating - like executive compensation with all the M&A activity in the 80's. Boros is really grinding the Sox representing that Japanese pitcher - not sure the deal will go through. We really need one big horse on the mound plus a solid closer. I think the price for an Italian sausage with peppers and onions at the ballpark will go up next year. To put this in perspective - when I was job hunting in the Spring of 1970, you could walk into Fenway after the 7th inning and sit in the bleachers for free and watch Yazstremski hit. Altair19
