2% doesn't sound like much. But it means, in 35 or 36 years, CO2 will go from a 2PPM increase/year to 4PPM. That'll put us somewhere between 450 (2PPM/year) and about 485 (3PPM), but I can't integrate anymore, so I don't know the exact number.

Atmospheric carbon dioxide levels jumped 2.6 parts per million (ppm) in 2005, one of the largest increases on record according to data from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA).
