Bushies Want To Put Lead Back in Gasoline The article you linked states nothing of the kind. New cars sold in the US are essentially pollution free (and CO2 is not pollution, so don't go there) and the catalytic devices that make them so cannot tolerate lead. Leaded gas will never again be sold here and nobody, including "Bushies", is advocating that it should. What in fact the article (which you obviously never read) states is that it's not the gasoline refiners, it's the battery makers, among others (you know, the ones who make those dirty things that power the electric cars that you greenies love and the fat Arab oil producers fear) who would like the lead standards changed in a reasonable way. Reality really sucks for you, doesn't it?
