They were determined by a investigative body to be in violation. That body had no enforcement power. Intel's side was never presented because the remedy was trivial. Meanwhile: Nvidia, AMD accused of conspiracy to keep graphics pricing high theinquirer.net Is this proof? Of course not but AMD is involved in an anti-trust investigation, not Intel. What a turnaround this year has been!!!!!!
