rwhigham, hard to tell what is going on until we get some inkling of what initiated the investigation. I haven't seen anything in that follow on suits that really answers what the accusation is or what damages are being sought, and lacking such specificity, it could be "ambulance chasers' who know nothing but smell money and want to have a shot at being declared the class representative, or even stock manipulators who want to give some legs to the story. If the claim is that nVidia and ATI colluded to raise prices almost everyone has standing to bring an action, how many folks have ever had nVidia or ATI graphics chips?
