Have to hit the sack. My basic idea has been to handle this the same way as the speed limit. 48 hours. Same reason I stated for speed limit. Should have self moderating working. Everyone can report an OT or an insult. I'll suspend without discussion. Here's the important part though: OT's are pretty doable. Insults are more difficult. I'll keep suspending for two weeks etc... for the big direct personal insults I'm suspending people for now. I'll still have to define 'minor insult'. Please do discuss this in detail if you want to help. There HAS to be a line of what just makes a minor insult and what not (not so much on the upper side; I think I have a reasonable handle there with direct personal insults). The line will need to be pretty low (covering many types of insults). Should it e.g. cover: 'that post is stupid', and 'you are being stupid here'. Regards, Rink
