Thanks, Peter. 802.11p interests me. Is it still being viewed as a protocol to support mesh/ad-hoc, as in, every moving vehicle becomes a node in a meshed network? Also, is the 5.85-5.925 GHz spectrum now a part of the unlicensed bands now being used by 802? The spectrum chart you sent me in September worked fine for me at first, but reads like a character string<??> And the 5.85-5.925 GHz range appears outside of the 802 allocations on the NTIA spectrum allocation charts that I'm able to find through search, appearing as mobile at the low end, followed by satellite and amateur.
