Petz, you're getting quite close to the "insult line" again.

But I can only giggle at this line: Ownership of options is not ownership of a company. You can't vote your options.

Apparently, you would look at a CEO exercising his entire holding of company options, and then dumping the shares, as being a neutral indicator. All I can say is that the market, wisely, would not agree with you. Any intelligent analysis of insider holdings includes options.
