Just thought I'd put these few words on here so I can find myself when I come back. Being a retired LUCENT employee I once was active on the LUCENT string but in the last year there was nothing much to say. Probably won't be much chatter on this string either. I once had thousands of shares but now only had 80 shares of LUCENT at the end when the merger was completed. Still waiting to see what I'll wind up with ... I guess one (1) share and a cash payment for the other fraction of 0.5616. I'll hold that one (1) share for my grandchildren to fight over.
