This is a new one for me. even if restricted, it seems the pps would rise and you could sell 90% of your holdings,(10% divy being left). If this dividend comes out of already outstanding shares and not new shares, could be really good for the future pps. That is if no new shares are issued for dividend.

Wait and see I suppose,

I call this a "push". They did not leave us hanging for weeks to find out so plus to AURC. On the other hand, it's just more paper. If we all slice our pizza into more slices, does that give us more pizza? I just don't see the point in this. I see that we did not lose any ownership so it's not dilution, but then again, it does make the EPS 10% lower, right? Why do this? I call the paper divy a negative.....hence the "push".
