Let's hope this isn't true:

As you can expect, AMD is pricing the 65nm chips in line with its 90nm offerings to encourage the transition. Die size and TDP have both gone down to 147 mm^2 and 65W across the line.

Odd that 147 mm^2 happens to also be the die size for rev. E A64 X2. Did they get the wrong info?

Ouch! The new 65nm part lost 9 out of 9 benchmarks in performance and performance per watt to the equivalently priced Intel's e6600.
