The new share structure could have been a caveat to securing the loan for KSI clsoure. In the eyes of the bank, this will give them room with O/S to sell shares if needed to help with loan payments.

Just maybe?

Just pure A/S increase for next years S-8's? I would expect to see a PR campaign with no selling of S-8 shares from the company to help PPS,

If you add, the PR campaign and the stoppage of s-8 shares for couple of months...PPS will move hard and fast upwards. Add any short covering and technical lows that will be made with this bottom. We can see .05-.07 in just few days or weeks.

Or Perhaps?

The A/S change does involve the loan closure? KSI close PR this week???? Would give company creditbility with some form of revenue stream. Credibility in the fact that the bank approved the loan for acquisition of KSI, and due diligence was performed on both companies with a banker's keen eyes. I feel this would gauruntee the validity of the GM, FORD, and possible Oil Patch contracts.

Americhip begins its journey to the land of riches.

He was referring to an increase in the authroized shares, which used to be set at 500mil. Now at 900 mil this gives them more room to dillute should they choose to do so. As you stated the outstanding share count is still apporiximately 445mil.

Now, pending a filing I don't see how the 900mil number is valid, I believe someone got that number recently from somewhere in Nevada. I am going to have to see it from the company to believe it. I was under the impression that the company was just about to turn the corner and get things moving. If the 900mil number turns out to be true that would be a negative sign for longs.
